Vehicle-mounted Integrated Air Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig

 

The MARMOT 200RC is a Reverse Circulation Drill (RCD) Rig designed for geological exploration. It stands as the first vehicle-mounted integrated RCD Rig in China to receive national public notice and CCC certification, with a maximum drilling depth of 200 meters. 

 

The product adopts innovative integrated design

 

The product features an innovative three-in-one integrated design, combining the drill rig, air compressor, and an off-road chassis. This significantly enhances operational efficiency and maneuverability across complex terrains. It embodies a highly efficient “drive-up, drill, and depart” operational model.

 

Reduce costs to address industry pain points

 

Compared to conventional core drill rigs, it can reduce drilling costs for clients by at least 50%, effectively addressing industry pain points such as high costs and long auxiliary work cycles associated with traditional drilling methods.

Application scenarios

The MARMOT 200RC vehicle-mounted integrated air reverse circulation drill, with its advantages of high efficiency, precise sampling, and strong maneuverability, is suitable for the following four typical scenarios:
Geological and mineral exploration. Primarily used for exploration in covered areas, it can quickly penetrate the covering layer and obtain geochemical samples. Compared to core drilling, it offers significant advantages in terms of cost and efficiency.
Mine grade control. In mine grade control, RC drilling offers advantages of high efficiency, low cost, and strong adaptability. RC drilling can efficiently distinguish between mineralized zones and waste rocks. Through continuous sampling with double-walled drill rods, samples can be directly sent for inspection without complex pre-treatment, enabling rapid delineation of mineralization boundaries and reducing mining costs.
Drilling operations in arid environments. RC drilling does not require a mud circulation system and is suitable for exploration in arid and water-scarce areas.
Mine emergency rescue. In case of a mine disaster, it can quickly form a hole to provide water, food, and other supplies for the trapped personnel, thus buying precious time for subsequent rescue efforts.
